2) Price Point: $45+ premium, $75+ super premium, $125+ luxury

3) Brand in business for less than 5 years with no prior capital raise

4) Brand Ownership: 25% to wholly owned by Blended Blue

5) Unique category or delivery

6) Savvy On Premise Brand owners

Blended Blue is led by Charles Durazo, an entrepreneur with deep expertise in spirits and consumer products. As a co-founder of $1B Clase Azul Mexico, Charles has significant experience bringing brands to market.

Charles created value in the software industry bringing several brands to market including Coremetrics (acquired by IBM) and Ariba (acquired by SAP). Charles adds a creative touch to his leadership as a former stand-up comedian.
